4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in local currency using symbol and number format. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods indicated at checkout.

5. Orders and Shipping

6. Cancellation and Changes

You may request cancellation or changes before work begins by contacting us via our contact form. We reserve the right to refuse changes once the repair process has started.

7. Extended Refund Policy

At FixWatchPro.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with the completed service, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Full Refund: If the service has not been started, you may cancel the order at any time and receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
• Partial Refund: If the service is already in progress and you decide to cancel, we will issue a pro-rata refund based on the percentage of work completed.
• No Refund on Completed Work: Once the watch repair is completed and delivered, refunds are only issued in cases of documented defects or service omissions. In such cases, please contact us immediately.

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team within the specified time frame. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

8. Warranty

We offer a six-month warranty on all repair services, covering defects in workmanship. This warranty does not cover subsequent damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs by third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watch Repair Workshop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
